● Users needing more than 3 daily questions can subscribe to a premium plan for $4.99 USD per month, granting access up to 10 questions daily. Subscriptions are prepaid, non-refundable, and remain active until the end of the billing cycle upon cancellation.
● The service is delivered exclusively via WhatsApp for ease of access.
3. Daily Question Limits and Reset Policy
● Free-tier users can ask up to 3 questions per day.
● Premium-tier users can ask up to 10 questions per day.
● Reset Time: Daily question limits reset at midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST). Oncethe limit is reached, users must wait until the next reset for additional questions.

By using brAIn, you agree to:

● Comply with applicable laws while using the service.
brAIn reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

● Premium Plan: 10 questions daily for $4.99 USD per month.
Subscriptions are prepaid, non-refundable, and can be canceled anytime. Services remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
● Changes to Subscription Terms:
brAIn reserves the right to modify subscription terms, including pricing, the number of daily questions, or additional features. Any changes will be communicated in advance via email or WhatsApp, and users may cancel before new terms take effect.
6. Service Limitations
● Technical Issues: brAIn operates on WhatsApp, a third-party platform. Uninterrupted access is not guaranteed due to potential issues with WhatsApp’s infrastructure.
● Response Times: While we aim to provide timely answers, delays may occur during high demand or system overloads. brAIn may prioritize premium users during such times.
● Accuracy of Responses: brAIn provides suggestions based on Duncan Wardle’s framework but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of its advice.
7. Intellectual Property

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, specifically the jurisdiction of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith by the Parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation in good faith, the matter shall be submitted to alternative dispute resolution (“ADR”) according to the State of Florida Rules for Certified and Court-Appointed Mediators, Pursuant to rule 10.140, effective February 6, 2024, as amended January 1, 2025.
